Side by side puts pickets next to each other on one face of the rails. Board on board overlaps the boards so there are no gaps as the wood dries. Board on board gives more privacy and costs more because it uses more material.

Yes. Pre-stained wood is one of the options we install. It gives you finished color on day one.

It depends on the size of the property, the materials and its condition, and we talk through timing with you at the estimate. Planning and approvals matter as much as the days on site. See fence installation time.

We keep disruption minimal. Post holes and material staging are contained to the fence line, and we clean up so your yard stays usable throughout the project.

It depends on your city and the height and type of fence. We check what your project needs during the quote so you know before work starts.

Always check with your HOA before installing, especially if you are changing height, like going from a 6' fence to 8'. If the new fence matches what is already there, approval is usually straightforward, but confirm it first.

We do not install in the rain. Wet ground means ruts in your yard and a messier job, so if rain is in the forecast, we move your install to the next available day rather than push through it.
